It was given 2 you whole and unbreakable
,and you kept it, when you finally gave it back
it was shattered...
All the little pieces you left are still here,
still missing you, still thinking about you, and
still loving you...
Those pieces are my shattered heat....
On the outside I want 2 cry,
but I have no more tears 2 cry 4 you,
All those little pieces weep inside of me 4 you
and only you...
The pieces of my shattered heart...
,and you kept it, when you finally gave it back
it was shattered...
All the little pieces you left are still here,
still missing you, still thinking about you, and
still loving you...

So sick of excuses. So sick of the bruises.
My heart is torn to shreds. Ripped at the threads where I
have tried to mend.
Bleedin out my tears, I lost my breath. All the hopes
disgarded, dreams left for dead.
Cursing me for wanting more.
Telling me you hope I die from crying,
In the same sentence say I'm so mean. Pointing all the
blame on me, all my flaws, so yours YOU don't see.
Why did you lie to me and tell me you cared? If I would have
known the truth, could have been prepared.
Yes I have made mistakes. I'm not perfect. I still care about
you and long to hear your voice, but we will never be again,
and that's your choice. So tired of excuses, wasting no
more of my time. Precious as every day is, maybe its better
we are apart.
Wish I would have known from the start. Now I'm here
wiping away the tears. Remembering all the life there is to
live. Remembering all I have to give. Tomorrow is another
day and another piece of my heart that has died.
All the physical pain will make the emotional pain subside.
